Managing large amount of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
Should have ability to meet recovery targets.
Should have strong follow up ability and presence of mind.
Candidate must be confident, self-motivated, and active.
Should have good verbal and written communication skills.
Should keep records of all conversations in database in a comprehensive way.
Should have ability to handle pressure.
Must have polite and courteous tone of voice.
Experience of real estate industry will be a plus.
