Advertise vacancies on all major job posting sites, Rozee, Indeed, Olx and on our social media platforms.
Responsible for generation of related Talent Pools, ensuring the requisite competencies as defined in JDs & JSs of particular positions.
Responsible for initial shortlisting of candidates, keeping in view the approved competency model (KSA).
Responsible for onboarding the new joiners, preparation of orientation plans in coordination with functional departments & liaising with various departments for smooth employee assimilation in organizational culture.
Responsible to keep & analyze important personal data in Personal files & Excel templates.
Manage all employee engagement activities such as Birthday Celebrations, Birthday Wishes, and Events.
Coordinate with “Placement Offices” of all universities of Pakistan for “Job Fairs” and “Recruitment Drives” arrangements.
