Produce required technical documentation.
Guide Business on best practice our the box ServiceNow Solution, Apply Test driven development.

Responsibilities:

Attend Workshops to Understand: requirements, Solution Walkthroughs, Testing Sessions, Implementation Technical specifications and designs
Solution configuration
Testing
Implementation
Post Production support
Operational support

Artifacts to be produced:

Required Qualifications:

Degree or equivalent, preferably in Information Technology and proven experience in technical consulting roles
ITL Foundation
Agile Methodology
2 – 5 years experience in ServiceNow
Minimum of 1 implementations in ServiceNow
ServiceNow administration certification
