To carry out the incoming inspection / testing of chemicals / raw materials / herbs / animals etc. as per pharmacopeia & source specification.
To carry out testing of purified water from RO plant
To assist Head QC in development of the SOP’s according to Homoeopathic pharmacopeias and other related references/books.
To prepare the reagents in Q.C lab as per BP/USP reference.
To gather observation for the improvement of products as a result of product stability analysis.
To maintain the finished products reference samples for the remedy of market complaints & for stability testing.
Development of testing protocols of medicinal herbs and revalidation of the same.
To carry out in-process testing from Drops, Syrups, Mother Tinctures, Tablet, Specialties etc.
To prepare the product conformance data report & data analysis detail report for MR meeting after three months.
To assist QC Pharmacist in development of testing protocol of medical herbs and revalidation of the same if it is not found in the reference books.
To carry out Herbs identification test on HPTLC and UV Spectrophotometer equipment.
