  • Monitoring the quality of the product and service provided.
  • Develop and maintain procedures for stock control, stores and refrigeration.
  • Keeping to budgets and maintaining financial and administrative records.
  • Complete management of corporate catering day to day operations including timely production, logistics, delivery and client services.
  • Managing client relationship, handling their queries, complaints and making changes as per their requirements.
