You'll be responsible for managing leads generated through our website. This involves promptly following up with leads, addressing customer inquiries with helpful information about our services' pricing, setting up new customers in our portal, scheduling meetings with the CPA, and assigning them to the relevant departments. Your primary focus will be engaging with our American clients and converting leads into customers.

Responsibilities:

Generate business through proactive outreach to new customers.
Identify the customer needs based on their individual or business tax requirements.
You need to understand the company's products and services clearly. So you can guide the customers in a much better way.
Research, qualify, manage, and track leads and related sales activities.
Function competently and competitively in a fast-paced environment that requires immediate attention and time management skills.
Develop a healthy relationship with clients to convert those leads into sales.
You will assist the Account Representatives (ARs) and transfer potential client calls to them for specific tax, accounting, payroll, sales tax, and incorporation-related questions, who will convert those transfers into sales.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelors (BS, BA, BBA), MBA preferred.
Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
2+ years of sales experience OR a combination of work experience and education.
Demonstrable verbal and written communication and active listening skills.
Ability to talk to customers via website chat.
Ability to learn quickly and think analytically.
Abroad experience would be a plus.

Job Shift: Evening (you will work in the U.S. Eastern Standard Time zone (EST) from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., corresponding to Pakistani time from 6 p.m. to 2 a.m., from Monday to Friday.

Salary: PKR 50,000 per month

Commission of sales: You will get a specific percentage on all leads you successfully convert into customers.
