We are looking for an enthusiastic Communications Specialist for our Clients. Your enthusiasm and positive attitude will help you gain the trust of colleagues and Client.
Job Requirements:
- Experienced as a communications specialist/Fresh can also apply
Managerial Qualities :
- Time Management, Project Leadership and Teamwork
- Demonstrable experience of illustrated, analytical reports, infographics and data presentation skills and content writing.
- Computer literate.
- Exceptional engagement and communication skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Office and PowerPoint.
- Experience in similar roles or training call center employees on written communication.
- Strong business email writing skills. Resolving Client Issue, Handle and escalate queries. Serve as single point of contact.
- Strong English writing and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Proficient command of English.
- Bachelor degree or Higher.
- Ability to participate in overall client satisfaction.
- Ability to travel as necessary.
