Internal Communication Specialist

What will you experience during an impressive 18 months career journey:

• Developing and implementing all the internal communications campaigns and managing the internal communication budget.
• Writing, editing and distributing all the internal announcements and articles and creating internal and external social media posts.
• Creating employer branding materials for external events and creating marketing materials for the brands produced by the factory.
• Organising internal events and celebrations and photographing and documenting internal events.
• Creating and updating content for the plasma TVs installed across the Office building and the factory and creating indoor / outdoor branding for the factory and Office building.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor or Master Degree in Communication / Marketing
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant work
• Driven, ambitious and proactive and able to bring both an analytical attitude and a creative problem-solving & growth mindset approach
• An inspiring and engaging individual with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with business partners at all levels
• Proficiency in English.
