ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES

Reports to: Sr Dr - DBS Consumer Marketing

Number of Direct Reports: N/A

Geographic Scope: Local

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

  • In this critical role you will be responsible for ensuring our consumer relations and digital marketing solutions are architected, developed and deployed effectively.
  • Lead and work with support teams for delivery of prioritized assignments and projects including large cross functional projects.
  • Direct and provide architectural and development support to partners and suppliers, managing vendor performance.
  • Demonstrate business acumen and a broad understanding of business processes.
  • Maintain awareness of emerging technologies and identify methods to leverage technology in supporting business functions, showing expertise in some areas.
  • Analyze and translate business/client need into functional specifications.
  • Lead the architectural oversight and system development life cycle of business applications to support multiple systems.
  • Properly demonstrate stakeholder management.
  • Assist in mentoring and developing less experienced team members.

CAN THIS BE YOUR FUTURE ROLE?

  • Do you have recent experience in Digital Architecture, Networking, D2C websites, mobile solutions, and modern cloud computing technologies?
  • Are you experienced in communicating to various levels of technical and non-technical stakeholders?

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

  • Minimum 8 years IT or related experience and passion for technology and digital transformation.
  • 4-year degree with a focus in computer science, information technology, or related field.
  • Experience in enterprise-level integration tools, development techniques, & architecture.
  • Strong technical proficiency in the following: AWS (S3, Cloudfront, API Gateway, ALB, ECS, Lambda, Event Bridge) Adobe Experience Cloud Experience Manager (AEM) Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), Campaign, Journey Orchestration (AJO), Real-Time CDP, etc.
  • Leadership experience (project, vendor, process).
  • Strong strategic, analytical, development and creative thinking skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills working with vendors, and co-workers.

BENEFICIAL

  • Experience/proficiency in the following technologies: Adobe Experience Cloud, ADO, D2C Delivery
  • Agile project delivery
  • Experience managing multiple development/project teams code deployment utilizing DevOps, CI/CD pipeline, and architectural leadership.

  • 401(k) plan that offers opportunity to save on pre- and post-tax basis up to 50 percent of eligible compensation.
