Android Developer

We are looking for an energetic Android developer, who is willing to learn and grow. The ideal candidate must have strong problem-solving skills and creative instincts to develop and maintain Android applications. Candidate will be given a platform to work on market leading, innovative and challenging mobile apps.

Must have published at least one application on Play Store:

Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning.
Strong debugging skills and must be familiar with profiling app, memory usage analysis, bandwidth usage analysis.
Good knowledge of Android native app development using Java/ Kotlin as the primary language.
A strong understanding of the full life cycle of app development using Google's Developer Portal
Experience with SQLite, offline storage, threading, and performance tuning.
Must have knowledge of back-end RESTful services
A strong understanding of the full life cycle of app development using Google's Developer Portal
Hands on experience of creating custom UI controls, designing protocols, implementing interfaces, and performance optimization
Experience of designing fluid UI for multiple screen sizes and dimensions.
Experience in cross-platform UI design is a plus.
Experience with Google cloud functions.
Nice to have: ARCore, C/C++ experience

Role Requirements

1 year plus experience of Android Apps development along with experience in front end design of app as well as knowledge of server-based development
Web UI development experience is a plus
Self-driven and do work on your own by taking ownership
Strong problem-solving skills
Comfortable in working with team as well as independently
