Interior Designer

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Interior Designer with 5 to 7 years of professional experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality residential and commercial projects, from concept development to completion. This role requires strong design expertise, project management skills, and the ability to work closely with clients, contractors, and team members to bring creative visions to life.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead interior design projects from initial concept through to execution, including space planning, material selection, and installation.
Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, goals, and functional needs, while providing expert design guidance.
Create detailed design presentations, mood boards, and technical drawings using AutoCAD, Sketch Up, 3ds Max and other design software.
Manage project budgets, timelines, and coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure project delivery on schedule and within budget.
Oversee the selection of furniture, fixtures, finishes, and accessories, ensuring alignment with design concepts and client preferences.
Conduct site visits to review construction progress and ensure adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
Stay current with industry trends, materials, and innovations to incorporate fresh ideas into designs.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
5-7 years of professional interior design experience in residential and/or commercial projects.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3ds Max, Sketch Up, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D rendering software.
Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design projects, including space planning, material selections, and project management.
Excellent communication, client management, and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with high-end residential or large-scale commercial projects.
Knowledge of sustainable design practices and sourcing environmentally friendly materials.
Ability to manage and mentor junior designers.
