Business Analyst

We are looking for a seasoned Business Analyst to join 7 KINGS CODE, a US-based software solutions company with a diverse client base spanning the USA, Canada, Europe, India, Pakistan, and the Middle East. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in software product management, especially in web and mobile applications. This role is pivotal in bridging the communication gap between stakeholders and development teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and clearly articulate a product vision that supports the company’s strategic objectives. Work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and interpret business requirements and expectations. Prepare comprehensive documentation such as Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Software Requirement Specifications (SRS), process flowcharts, and user stories. Leverage knowledge of programming languages including ReactJS, Java, and Python to effectively communicate with development teams. Apply expertise in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Project Management Life Cycle (PMLC) to oversee projects from initiation through completion. Utilize Agile methodologies, especially Scrum, and manage project workflows using tools like JIRA. Facilitate sprint planning sessions, create mockups and prototypes, and handle version control with GIT, GitHub, and Bitbucket. Develop data visualizations and reports using Tableau or Power BI to aid in strategic decision-making.

Required Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline is essential. Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst within a software company, demonstrating a successful track record in launching and managing web and mobile products. Strong familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools is required. Proven ability to document detailed requirements and craft clear user stories is necessary. A solid understanding of programming languages and software development processes is expected.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
An MBA or an advanced degree related to business or technology will be considered an advantage. This is a full-time position based onsite at our office located in DHA Phase 8 - Ex Park View, Lahore. The working hours are from 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM Pakistan Standard Time, designed to facilitate collaboration with international teams across different time zones.
