Instructional Script Writer (Content Writer)

Produce engaging scripts and storyboards (something in between technical and creative writing).
Work with Subject Matter Expert (SME) to transform formal training into scripts for narration and storyboarding.
Analyze complex technical content and write concise, accurate scripts for web-based and instructor-led courses.
Write original, high-quality training materials - e.g. video scripts, narrative walkthroughs, educational text
Add clarity with insightful word choices and an understanding of the audience mindset
Integrate feedback from relevant stakeholders and varying perspectives for a seamless, integrated end-product
Work with Design team to ensure storyboard and script matches with visual assets
Actively manage individual productivity with increasing efficiency.
Be able to record, view and rewrite physical training by trainers.

Minimum qualifications

BA/BS Degree in English, Journalism, Social Sciences or similar degree overall 3 years of experience
1-2 year of work experience in writing content or scripts
Experience in technical content writing would be a plus
Graphics and creative sensibilities (e.g. visualize the content elements and work with the creative team to execute)
Excellent English writing skills
Experience with recording devices such as Camera, Audio Recorder etc.
