Induce reactions to chemical substances with light, energy, heat and chemical catalysts
Sound knowledge of all kinds of paint formulation
Good knowledge of chemicals used in paint manufacturing.
Develop and publish raw material and product specification
Analyze organic and inorganic compounds to determine chemical and physical properties, composition, structure, relationships, and reactions
Prepare test solutions, compounds, and reagents for laboratory personnel to conduct test.
In collaboration with purchasing, source, fabricate, and approve new chemicals and packaging material
Continue to research and maintain a working knowledge of industry and product tends that support new paint product development
