We are currently seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Officer in Corporate Sector From Paint Industry to join our team at Butt Paint Industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of paint products, building and maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Officer will play a key role in driving business growth and expanding our market presence in the paint industry.

Responsibilities:

  1. Promote and sell Butt Paint Industry's products to prospective and existing customers in the assigned territory.
  2. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives set by the company.
  3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including prospecting and cold-calling to generate leads and secure new accounts.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, contractors, and other stakeholders in the paint industry.
  5. Provide product demonstrations, presentations, and technical support to customers as needed.
  6. Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  7. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets, and provide regular updates to the sales manager or management team.
  8. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns, sales materials, and pricing strategies to support sales efforts.
  9. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sales activities.
  10. Represent Butt Paint Industry at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote products and enhance brand visibility.

Requirements:

  1. Proven track record of success in sales roles  in Corporate Sector within the paint industry, with at least 1 year of experience.
  2. Strong knowledge of paint products, industry trends, and customer preferences.
  3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  4. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  5. Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software.
  6. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
