Overseeing the preparation of all financial reporting and cash flow management
Establishing and developing relations with external partners, bank personnel, auditors, consultants, statutory bodies, vendors and other stakeholders
Establish controls & S.O.Ps to confirm the veracity of each expense & its subsequent payment.
Ensure compliance with legal regulations and company’s policies
Oversee the company’s fiscal activity, including budgeting, reporting, and auditing
Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
Liaise with external auditor, consultants & banks.
Prepare & maintain fixed asset register in reconciliation with accounting records of the company
Analyze monthly accounts for comparison with performance achieved along with inquiring reasoning of variances & project the future trends.
Establish/Restructure Chart of accounts and assign entries to proper accounts.
