We're seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Marketing Manager to elevate our online presence and drive business growth.

Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation
Manage and maintain Captain Traders' social media presence across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Tiktok, WhatsApp etc.)
Create high-quality, engaging content (posts, stories, videos, etc.) showcasing our vehicles, company news, and industry insights
Monitor and analyze social media metrics to optimize content and advertising campaigns
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, customer service, etc.) to ensure consistent branding and messaging
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, best practices, and platform changes

Requirements:

1+ years of experience in social media marketing
Proven track record of successful social media campaigns
Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and advertising options
Excellent content creation, writing, and visual design skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team

Nice to Have:

Experience in the automotive or import/export industry
Knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.)
Familiarity with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Sprout social etc.)
