Accounts Manager

The Accounts Manager will play a pivotal role in managing and overseeing the financial aspects of Cardiac Instruments. This position involves handling various accounting functions, financial reporting, budgeting, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure sound financial practices are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Management:

Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities. Ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions and adherence to accounting principles.

2. Financial Reporting:

Prepare and analyze financial statements, providing insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making. Generate regular financial reports for management and stakeholders, highlighting key performance indicators.

3. Budgeting and Forecasting:

Collaborate with department heads to develop annual budgets and financial forecasts. Monitor budget performance and provide variance analysis to identify areas for improvement.

4. Cash Flow Management:

Manage cash flow by monitoring receipts and disbursements, optimizing working capital, and ensuring liquidity needs are met. Implement effective cash management strategies.

5. Audit and Compliance:

Coordinate external audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.

6. Tax Planning and Compliance:

Work with external tax advisors to develop tax-efficient strategies and ensure compliance with tax regulations. Prepare and file necessary tax documents on time.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or relevant certification is a plus. Proven experience as an Accounts Manager or in a similar financial management role, preferably in a manufacturing environment. In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and budgeting. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in financial software and MS Excel.
