Data Entry Operator

The Data Entry Operator will be responsible for entering and maintaining data in our systems accurately and efficiently. This role requires attention to detail, a commitment to data integrity, and the ability to work collaboratively with different departments within Cardiac Instruments.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Entry:

Input and update data into the company's databases and information systems. Ensure accuracy and completeness of data through careful verification and validation.

2. Record Maintenance:

Maintain and update records, including customer information, inventory data, and other relevant information. Organize and file physical and electronic documents systematically.

3. Quality Control:

Perform regular data quality checks to identify and correct errors. Collaborate with team members to address any discrepancies or missing information.

4. Data Retrieval:

Retrieve and extract data from databases as needed for various departments. Generate reports and summaries based on requested information.

5. Collaboration:

Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless data flow and accuracy across different systems. Communicate effectively with team members to understand data requirements and priorities.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or in a similar role.
Proficient in data entry and database management.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
