Job Purpose
To develop the market by ensuring product availability and visibility
Main AccountabilitiesKey Result Areas:
- To achieve budgeted sales revenue by formulating sales plans align with marketing plans
- To achieve agreed sales targets and extend guidance to all territory sales staff
- To maintain minimum stock level of all products with distributors and also monitor distributors working and provide sales data to managers
- To ensure product delivery on time to customer
- To ensure product availability and visibility
- To assist, coach and motivate salesmen to satisfy shop keepers.
Qualifications, Experience and Skills
- Minimum Qualification of Master’s degree from any accredited local or foreign institute.
- Minimum Experience of 2-3-years multifaceted post-qualification experience at similar role of a medium size FMCG company.
