Job Summary:

The primary objective of this position is to recruit candidates for Companies within Pakistan.

Principal Duties:

Head Hunting relevant profiles
Identifying, Attracting & placing the right candidate for the right job
CV review and shortlisting candidates
Scheduling & Conducting Interviews with the Shortlisted candidates as provided and update manager on daily basis.
Advertising vacancies by drafting and placing adverts in a wide range of Social Media and websites like Rozee, Indeed, LinkedIn etc.
Maintaining good relations with clients & candidates.

Knowledge & Experience:

3 - 6 months of internship experience in HR.
Must have great communication skills in English
Must be very presentable, confident and must be able to take ownership of responsibilities.
