Develop high-quality SMPS either in the lower power range of a few 100 watts or in the upper power range of several kilowatts
Analyze specifications and create concepts using simulation tools
Develop schematics and layouts taking into account the applicable standards and EMC requirements.
Test prototypes and check or optimize the circuits with regard to their EMC behavior
Throughout the development process, you work closely together with our sales and external manufacturing and development service providers.

Your profile

Successfully completed studies in electrical engineering, preferably power electronics
Many years of professional experience in the development of switched-mode power supplies
Familiarity with simulation software
Knowledge in the design and calculation of magnetic components, power loss assessments and lifetime considerations
Experience in the layout of complex PCBs, taking into account parasitic effects and their EMC effects
Knowledge of the safety requirements from the applicable standards and their application
