Looking for HR Executive Retail Operations – for hiring, onboarding, scheduling, mentoring, training, engaging, compensating & performance evaluation in a way that not only motivates but drives sales with defined KPIs.
Core Responsibilities:
- Able to organize, compile and update retail outlet employee records, documentation, attendance, leaves, warnings, days off, & payroll management by coordination outlet manager thereby.
- Having appropriate expertise for HRIS/HCM database management with good working knowledge of HR Compliance & Labour Laws.
- Able to process and file EOBI, SS, and PF in their relevant web portals.
- Generate various HRIS reports as per demand for analytics & metrics monitoring. Also able to assist with Performance Management System activities.
Core Requirements:
- Well-organized personality with multi-tasking & strategic HR approach.
- Knowledge & experience of local labor legislation, payroll systems & HRIS.
- Highly self-motivated and enjoy working with own imitative with the data-driven mindset and co attitude.
- Find bottlenecks with solutions in operational matters with fast pace & high turnover outlets.
