The supervision of all cleaning & maintenance staff focussing on their performance in terms of standards of cleanliness and their behaviour whilst on duty.
Ensuring that the first-class cleaning & maintenance service is delivered to all areas of the building.
Reviewing work schedules.
Ordering and purchasing of janitorial materials etc.
Monitoring & inspection of all building maintenance
Manage Fuel reimbursements
Manage Courier Services (TCS)
Management of Company Vehicles
To manage duty roasters of riders and janitorial staff.
Timely submission of utility bills of all centers.
Conduct regular audits of cash.
Keep record of monthly petty cash
