Responsibilities:-

Perform clinical tests independently according to the standard operating procedures and ensure quality of results
Participate in staff training according to laboratory guidelines and also participate in educational opportunities.
Assist supervisor in implementing the safety standards according to Laboratory Safety Guidelines.
Identify and communicate abnormal patient conditions by alerting supervisory personnel, the pathologist, the physician, or nurse.

Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience in Hematology, Microbiology & Clinical Pathology in laboratory or hospital.

Education: A Bachelor's degree in MLT

Shift: Night (11:00 PM – 08:00 AM)
