To assist Manager Finance in supervising Daily Cash Reports and Daily Bank Report.
To assist Manager Finance in supervising and reconciling Cash report with NexusPro and Bank report with Bank’s statements (of respective banks).
To assist Manager Finance for managing daily updates on Vendor’s Account after payments.
To assist Manager Finance to deal with banks as instructed for the following matters:
To manage Company’s new Bank’s Accounts.
To deal in matter related to Company Car Financing Loans, Home Financing Loans, Running Finance Loans, Term Loans as required.
To work on Capital, Credit Cards and related Letters of Credit & Documents retrieving.
To manage Stock Reports on monthly basis.
Responsible to assist Manager Finance in managing and look after goods imports from foreign companies.
To assist Manager Finance to provide required documentation of consignment as required.
Responsible to assist Manager Finance in dealing with all kind of Insurance companies for the following matters:
Life Insurances of Company Directors.
Insurances of CLL’s Vehicles.
To assist Manager Finance in preparing Centers Incentives on monthly basis.
To assist Manager Finance for preparing monthly starting liabilities i.e., repayment of vehicles leased by bank various banks, repayment of home finance, electricity & diesel of centers, committees and credit card payments.
To assist Manager Finance in preparation of monthly projected statements for payments.
To assist Manager Finance to resolve custom issues i.e. Logistics and Clearance in time.
To assist Manager Finance for managing stock reports to the Banks.
To assist Manager Finance for effective dealing with issues pertaining reconciliation with the Vendors.
To assist Manager Finance to take care of Token Taxes of Company’s Vehicles.
Any special assignment given by seniors.
