Broad knowledge of the material specifications and vendors
Ability to extract quotation from vendors or subcontractors on given package
Responsible for Procurement of Outdoor and Indoor Brandings, Offset Printing and Event Management etc.
Ensure the coordination with the concern department for purchase request generation in line with proper specification for the purchase of goods.
Purchase Order processing within agreed lead time ensuring all the required documentation is attached with PO.
Ensuring timely generation of “POs reports” for the management in line of Procurement Policy assigned target.
Ensure that bidding process is followed as per the Procurement Policy. Motivate vendor/suppliers for maximum participation is taken by them for the tender float in order to get competitive prices & quality goods in line of the Procurement policy.
Support negotiation team for the purchases of goods/services as per the Procurement Policy.
Explore new vendors and sign Frame Supply Agreements for recurring nature items/services.
Develop, lead and execute procurement strategies.
Making purchase order in ERP system and provide same to vendor after approval.
Reviews planned orders, create requisitions for purchased items, and manage approval process.
Craft negotiation strategies and close deals with optimal terms.
Perform cost and scenario analysis, and benchmarking.
Seek and partner with reliable vendors and suppliers.
Determine quantity and timing of deliveries.
Monitor and forecast upcoming levels of demand.
Knowledge of Market.
