Key Responsibilities:

· Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers

· Conduct stakeholder interviews to develop user personas and usability requirements and related documents for Web / Mobile applications

· Lead the definition of great UX throughout the product lifecycle, from initial explorations to final deliverables

· Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps

· Produce UI mockups, prototypes, layouts, design specifications and documentation

· Push the boundaries to create better, innovative experiences for our web and mobile application users

· Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables)

· Evaluate existing application user interface design and propose usability improvements

· Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback

· Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images

Essential Requirements:

· Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role

· Proficient in design softwares including Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop

· Knowledge of prototyping and wireframe tools (e.g. Wireframe.cc and InVision or similar)

· Good understanding and knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, knows the possibilities and limitations while designing for Web/Mobile Apps.

· Portfolio of design projects

· Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders

· Good time-management skills

· BSc in Design, Computer Science or relevant field

Good to Have:

· Hands-on experience on HTML, CSS, JavaScript and Bootstrap
