Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward patients & care coordinators at all times.
Responding promptly to patients & care coordinators inquiries.
Communicating with patients & care coordinators through various channels.
Acknowledging and resolving patients & care coordinators complaints.
Knowing our practice inside and out so that you can answer questions.
Keeping records of patients & care coordinators interactions, comments, and complaints.
Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
Providing feedback on the efficiency of the patients & care coordinators service process.
Ensure patients & care coordinators satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
