The person will work as part of a team who will work on eBay and amazon site on behalf of our overseas team.
Job Responsibilities:
-- customer services and messages & Return cases via email and resolve any issues.
- product listings .
- Optimisation existing product listings
- Update stock levels by spreadsheets.
- Products Data Entry in Ms Excel spreadsheets.
- Edit and upload product pictures on marketplace channels.
- Research and development on new products.
- Experience in e-Commerce, marketing, retail, online sales or similar and related areas.
- Marketplace (eBay, Amazon) customer service experience.
- Knowledge of Amazon Store Listing policies.- Social Media Marketing
- Graphic Designing (creating simple graphics and banners)
- Training will be provided for fresh candidates
