Essential Functions

Identify, develop, and maintain link building best practices.
Take hands-on lead position of executing and implementing partner outreach and establishing placement relationships.
Serve as main point of contact for all partner and media communications with internal stakeholders.
Coordinate with blog team to create link-worthy content and request new content or content changes when opportunities arise.
Manage and be the primary point of contact for current syndication partnerships.
Help coordinate media outreach and public relations media requests.
Choose and manage tools and software pertinent to the day to day activities of the position.
When necessary, work with outside vendors and consultants to attain goals.
Report on progress and metrics on a regular basis.

Competencies

Exceptional writing and interpersonal communications skills.
Strong ability to take strategic direction, research necessary tactics, and create a working process of execution.
Ability to self-start, organize, and manage multiple concurrent initiatives.
Practical problem-solving skills with experience in communication, email writing, software, and time management.
Working knowledge of Search Engine Optimization principles.
Practical knowledge of HTML and website platforms.
