Established in 1998, Askari Information Systems Limited (AIS) is recognized as one of the leading information technology companies in Pakistan . AIS is an unlisted public limited company under the Security and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP). At present AIS has highly caliber software, quality assurance engineers, finance executive, marketing and administrative personnel.
As part of its ongoing strategy of foregoing strong corporate relationships, AIS in collaboration with a prestigious Business Group of Saudi Arabia , namely, Abahsain, has recently set up an IT Company in Al-Khobar, KSA to market AIS solutions and services in kingdom. AIS is also Microsoft Gold Certified Partner (MGCP ), Microsoft ISV partner as well as a member of Pakistan Software Houses Association (PASHA). It is also registered with Pakistan Software Export Board . Well-defined work and quality procedures have led the AIS to ISO-9001-2000 Certification.
AIS has developed a very comprehensive work methodology called Unified Process Lifecycle (UPL), which is capable of addressing the increasingly complex technical needs of its clients throughout the Project Life Cycle. UPL is further supported and strengthened by automation tools like Project Building and Monitoring (PBM). AIS\' PBM is a complete solution for the project planning and monitoring.
The core skill base of AIS is in Dot Net Technologies, Visual Basic �, Visual C++ �, Java, JSP, J2EE, PHP, ASP, XML, SQL Server � DB2, and Oracle �. AIS is also well versed in Microsoft � component technologies such as COM, DCOM, COM+ and ActiveX �. We also have extensive expertise in IBM Web Sphere, Apache 2 / Tomcat 3 and 4. We use Unified Modeling Language (UML) for specifications and design.
