Shaikh-Ul-Hadith-Wa-Tafseer Moulana Mufti Zar Wali Khan laid the foundation of the jamiah in 1398 Hijra. The aim of the jamiah is to formulate intellectual and endowed scholars who can guide the Ummah on the precise pathway.
