Fazal Karim Group of Companies was established in year 1930 with Head Office at Puro Nagar Sialkot. In year 1940, company entered into manufacturing field and started exporting of sporting goods abroad. As the business rapidly expanded, the chairman of the Group opened up offices in England and Germany to stock and to sell goods in those countries. In Year 1948, after the partitions, the chairman incepted the Group of Companies with diversified objectives of developing progressive businesses for contributing to earn foreign exchange for the country and to provide employment to the job seekers in Pakistan. Fazal Karim established two very famous companies with the partnership of German partner Mr.Horst Fromter, He was leading a name in the field of sports goods and surgical instruments. Dr.Horst Fromter was a qualified surgical instrument manufacture. Fazal Karim Group of Companies built factories of sports and surgical instruments in Sialkot and exported sports goods and also exported high quality surgical instruments to Germany, England and Australia.
