Primary Job Responsibilities
- Provide 2nd level Technical Support to the customers over (Email, Chat, Phone & Remote Sessions etc)
- Resolve complex Systems and Network issues
- Perform Linux System Administration and Network Engineering tasks as required
- Engineering & Deployment of new projects
- Participate in Pre-Deployment meetings and Solution designing
- Handling System deployments based on Linux, Virtualization and IP Networking
- Monitor the NMS and take actions on alarms and events accordingly.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2~3 year experience in Call Center or IT Industry
- Have Strong concepts of Linux System Administration & System Security
- Have Strong concepts of Basic IP Networs
- Have worked on Servers like Squid, Clusters, Samba, DNS & Mail etc
- Strong concepts & working experience of Virtulization
