Engineering
- Core infrastructure engineering & Administration (Cloud, IP Networks, Application & Environment)
- Client end Infrastructure engineering & Administration
- Solution Designing with pre-sales team, Deployment & Administration
Support
- Provide engineering support to Dev team
- Resolve issues related to application and environment (Core and Client end)
- Take ownership of the issues, resolve with lesser escalations
- Should be available minimum 8 hours in office, 24/7 on phone & email In Case of Emergency
- Deliver a delightful customer experience
Management
- Present weekly, monthly, quarterly progress updates on the issues & team performance
- Collaborate for improvement
- Implement management’s vision
- Training of new team members
- Team performance management
- Documentation of Infrastructure & FAQs/How to guides.
- Expert level Linux System Administration, Shell scripting (will be a plus)
- Expert level IP Networking (CCNA/CCNP)
- Virtualization and server technologies
- Basic programming skills
- Basics of Network Security
- Basics Cloud infrastructure (AWS, OpenStack, Digital Ocean)

Education
