Development of pattern as per approved sample within given time line.
Maintain the track record in system during sampling and development.
Ensure LSF test on each fabric before starting sampling and maintain record.
Ensure size wise grading of pattern at sampling stage.
Ensure all sampling must fulfill the customer requirement and production feasibility.
Ensure PCR proceeding with size wise pattern.
Review the PCR results as per approved standards.
Ensure that the dummies are processed in advance of starting the production.
