Update, monitor and maintain the computer systems and network of I.T. Infrastructure.
Install and configure computer systems, diagnose, troubleshoot the hardware and software faults [i.e. PC, Laptop, Windows & Office configurations, Outlook installation & configuration, Printer Issues & Configurations, LCD, Projector, LAN Issues, WLAN Issues, Wifi Router Installation & Configuration]
Solve technical and applications end user queries in the most efficient way possible, either over the phone or in person in minimum time.
Helping the ERP and Network team for additional support in Exchange-Mail, Proxy, Domain, Remote Applications and Servers Administration & Management.
Maintain the list of Computers, Printers and other Hardware accessories.
Maintain the complaint log
- Proficiency in , MS Office, Operating systems Windows, Oracle & Network configurations
