To ensure that maximum utilization of resources while finalizing plans.
Follow up with Merchandising for getting shade band comments keeping in view the bulk input arrival.
Coordinate with relevant department head before finalizing the production plan and make sure that urgency and agreed dates with customers are being met.
To inform the Merchandiser about expected delays due to delay in production.
To ensure timely delivery of goods in order to minimize overtime / shipment delays and take corrective action, as and when required.
In case of any delays, inform the marketing department immediately.
To ensure that concerned department is working within defined lead time/inventory limits.
