In case of any changes in the outing dates in the monthly plan, revisit the stitching plan on weekly basis for the relevant section
In case of any discrepancies in receiving the input from the previous section / department inform the immediate supervisor on priority basis
In case of non-availability of some resources formally raise request for floater operators, so that there are no production delays
Coordinate with the WIP supervisor in order to ensure timely availability of all the accessories of the work order in process
In case of any discrepancy pertaining to pattern in relation with stitching margins, analyze reasons and suggest best possible remedy
Coordinate with all the other sections of the lines for getting maximum production output
Ensure that all the section heads are aware of the SOPs and their requirements
KPIs are measured on the basis of housekeeping plan vs. actual, efficiency, DHU, absenteeism, through-put time
