In case of any changes in the outing dates in the weekly plan, revisit the stitching plan on daily basis for the relevant section
Verify the tracing and pressing patterns prepared by the immediate subordinate according to the tech pack
In case of any production shortfalls due to any reason on part of the other department, evaluate the reasons and inform the immediate supervisor on urgent basis
In case of non-availability of some resources formally raise request for floater operators, so that there are no production delays
Ensure that input is received in time from the previous section and in case of any gaps report to the immediate supervisor to prevent any production loss
In case of out-of-tolerance measurement before wash evaluate the identified reasons and their suggested remedies and communicate it further to the other stake holders
Ensure all processes are being run as per defined SOPs and set quality parameters
Ensure that DHU (Defects per hundred units) remains within tolerance
