We need someone to monitor and oversee a house-building project. We have a contractor who will be responsible for the construction. We need a person who has some prior knowledge about construction of a house. This person will perform his role as a regular full-time job, six days a week. He will be responsible for overseeing the work, making sure the criteria is being met, assist with purchase of materials, prevent wastage of raw material like cement, sand etc.

This is a full-time job with a minimum contract for 12 months. Starting salary will be PKR 25-40K for the right person.

This job has great potential for progress. In the next phase, we will look at giving this person responsible for multiple projects and also a handsome raise in salary.
