Project Manager

As Creative Chaos’ Project Manager you will be responsible for leading multiple projects and their respective teams from a functional aspect. Furthermore, we expect you to adapt the best project management practices in tandem with the defined delivery guidelines.

We expect you, to not only act as a bridge between development team and client, but also add value and set the right expectations with our clients, to ensure a seamless project delivery.

You should be able to quickly identify blockers, articulate them to the stakeholders and present a viable solution for an effective resolution.

The ideal candidate must be well organized with pleasant personality and promoter of Creative Chaos culture and values.

Duties and Responsibilities

Lead assigned projects to completion, using best project management practices and defined delivery guidelines.
Full project lifecycle ownership: successful project delivery will include full implementation from discovery to transition phases.
Develop product backlog, plan sprints and resources according to the timelines set forth.
Manage the day-to-day project activities, resource and conduct daily scrums internally and with clients.
Monitor, track and control outcomes to resolve issues, conflicts, dependencies and critical path deliverables.
Deliver appropriate and effective communication to all stakeholders of the project(s).
Provide status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverable, dependencies, risks and issues to the client and PMO, on a weekly basis.
Manage project scope and changes.
Develop and manage project documentation in form of a project wiki over Confluence.

Skills Required

Basic understanding of project management practices.
Excellent communication, organization, time-management skills.
