Assists Strategic Lead in assigning projects to team members within the departments and in other departments, utilizing current workload, skill sets and experience.

  • Participate in assignment input meetings with client and account team to get briefs or feedback.
  • Participate in and lead internal brainstorming sessions for projects
  • Work on creative concept notes to pitch to potential clients
  • Work on proposal pitches for new clients and potential clients
  • Create monthly content plans for clients with creative concepts
  • Work on creative campaigns for clients including ideation, research, concept development, content development, aesthetic direction and execution monitoring
  • Work with the design team to ensure proper execution of your concept
  • Work with the video team on video concepts
  • Monitor the social media executive to ensure correct and timely posting and community management
  • Conduct presentations in front of clients and/or team members when needed
  • Keep yourself informed of market trends and innovations as well as sharing such updates with the team
  • Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own implementation from ideation to execution
  • Work on branding projects in collaboration with the copywriter and design team and conduct research, drive forward brand identity and ensure homogeneity in all elements
  • Ability to lead and execute marketing initiatives – leveraging internal support and driving collaboration amongst teams
  • Develop strategies and resources that drive qualified traffic to the sales team
  • Oversee and approve company marketing materials (from website landing pages, paid advertising, lead magnets, case studies and more)
  • Experiment with a variety of organic and paid channels for content creation, PPC campaigns, digital event management, social media campaigns, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis and more
  • Analyze consumer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly
  • Collect/understand design requirements to ensure consistency of brand identity internally and externally
