Position roles and duties:

Being familiar with drawings and construction standards. Keep records of issues and report to supervisors.
Grasp project whole plan, staged plan, monthly plan. Landscaping project process plan breakdown. Meet requirement at certain points of different stage of the project. Make preparation and plans for engineering construction.
Coordinate and arrange landscaping construction as well as caring jobs with project management department
Assist landscaping process, quality and safety control.
Fill construction process of main procedures into landscaping logs. Participate in landscaping project examination and acceptance at different stages
Coordinate with other personnel's. Finish tasks assigned by supervisors. Coordinate construction inspection jobs
Finish other tasks, given by supervisors

Job requirements:

3-4 years experience of landscaping construction. Professional knowledge and skills needed. Bachelor or above degree needed.
Team working spirit, patience, and responsibility are needed. Candidates shall be hardworking.
Being familiar with Quality examination and acceptance standards, project construction management, safety construction management as well as certain standards.
Strong coordination, organization, and communication skills are needed.
Being familiar with drawings, office software’s, AutoCAD.
Mandarin (Chinese) speakers are highly preferred.
