We're looking for a management trainee for the web design & development department. The candidate should be capable of:

Acquiring knowledge of all the standards, procedures and methods that are needed for departmental duties and performance
Communicating with the clients in meetings and through phone calls and emails
Gathering requirements from clients for various web development projects
Documenting requirements for client approval and assistance of the web development team
Exhibiting strong written, verbal, analytical, and presentation skills
Interacting effectively with the web development team throughout the course of a project
Performing additional duties assigned by the project manager apart from the above mentioned duties

Tools: MS Word, PowerPoint, Project Professional, & Excel.

Traveling may be required depending upon the location of meetings with clients.
