As a Field Supervisor the associate will be
- Communicate well in general to AITs/Farmers regarding technical issues.
- Creating on oppurtunity and interest for Farmers/AITs/Distributers to develop a good relation with company.
- Rational attitude with flexible nature and have ability to gain knowledge.
- Focus to accomplish goals and targets given.
- Ego-drive is all about competitiveness and should be self-starter with clear ideas of what to achieve and how to implement benchmarks.
