- The incumbent will report to and assist the Office manager with Day to day routine tasks.
- The incumbent must possess excellent communication skills, and must be able to communicate in English.
- The Incumbent will welcome visitors or clients by greeting them, in person or on the telephone answering or referring inquiries.
- Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions, and book any meetings.
- Maintains security by following procedures, monitoring logbook for visitors and arranging couriers and sorting and distributing post.
- Maintains telecommunication system by following manufacturer's instructions for Screening, Answering and forwarding phone calls.
- Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities if any.
- Must be able to operate All type of hybrid exchange systems.
- Must not have a problem working late hours ocassionally.
