To establish, maintain and update overall audit function of the company independently (internal and school audit), develop audit criteria, audit SOPs and complete reporting framework.
To conduct pre and post audit of all vouchers with supporting documents and Field Audit of projects/schools.
BRS, Stock taking, cash counting and preparation of various analytical reports / reconciliations.
Ensure compliance to all relevant tax and corporate laws and company policies.
Development of policies, procedures and SOP’s and ensure its implementation.
Reporting of potential and actual noncompliance / risks along with resolution to top management.
To manage office, files, reports, Email, communication for smooth functioning.

Requirements:

Master Degree in Commerce or Business or B.com with Articles from any reputed CA firm
5-7 years exposure of audit, finance and accounting operations/management
Exposure of Compliance and supply chain of textbooks
Good MS Office skills, Knowledge of ERP and accounting software
Very good interpersonal, communication and report writing skills
Sound independent judgement, excellent analytical skills team leader and out of the box thinker
