- Responsible for full ownership and leadership of the proposal planning, kick-off, development and delivery process.
- Provide a clear, structured, logical, proposal plan and schedule to confidently arrive at a winning proposal result.
- Defining and agreeing a bid budget and schedule baseline (with Management) and controlling the bid budget and schedule against these agreed baselines.
- Ensuring all necessary information, guidelines and supporting documentation is available to successfully undertake commercial and quality review activities.
- Be a high-powered conduit that coordinates the transmission of information among the bid development team to permit quick decision-making and alignment in execution.
- Generates top down financial estimates, and uses benchmarking tools to support financial models.
- Leads and/or facilitates governance reviews and management approval solicitations.
- Drives compliance with corporate governance processes, without exception.
- Enhance resumes and other texts to be tailored to the client pursuit objectives.
- Identify weaknesses in a document and creative ways to improve.
- Use mastery of English language to perform edits and polish near-final drafts to client submission quality standard.
- Anticipates and mitigates potential delays to proposal submission, ultimately ensuring on-time delivery of the proposal approvals.
- Coordinate the integration of supplementary proposal solution information from sub consultants or subcontractors.
- Ensures the 100% on-time delivery and submission of winning, compliant, high-quality, compelling proposals to our clients.
- Own the production, packaging and delivery logistics of the proposal to ensure timely submission per client’s requirements.
- Lead the quick turnaround, coordination and development of post submission proposal clarifications.
- Ensure the proposal closeout process is performed accurately and completely to support business financials and sales forecasting reporting.
- Responsible for Technical / Engineering delivery of proposals / Tenders for all assigned Tenders
- Thoroughly review Tender Documents which includes Design Documents, Drawings, Specifications, Data Sheets, Calculations etc. and Clearly define the scope of Project
- Prepare Technical submittals as per Bid / Tender requirements which includes (but not limited to) methods, plans, organization, implementation strategies, specialized method statements and commissioning plants etc.
- Prepare / raise pre-tender queries etc and coordinate with owner department /client for clarification
- Development alternative technical proposals as and where required
- Involve in all post tender activities till contract award including (but no limited to ) attendance on meeting with clients /consultants, clarification of post tender queries.
